Storage Sense - Punta Gorda

Reserved multiple spots over the phone with their customer service team for the Punta Gorda site for our business. Was told to go to the office on location to submit required paperwork to complete the rental process.
Noone was at the Punta Gorda office during posted business hours. After calling corporate, finally someone from the Port Charlotte office came to Punta Gorda and had no idea how to operate the computer system at the PG office. Also told us the rates we were given over the phone in our reservation were not correct and tried to get us to pay much more per spot ($141, vs $89 per spot given to us in our reservation price). Wasted about 3 hours of my day, nothing done, walked out. Avoid this place, noone there knows what they are doing or talking about. Horrifically managed.

Had an appointment to sign up for 4 sites (long term) in Punta Gorda. No one occupies the office 9:00-4:00 as posted! A gal met us there from the Port Charlotte facility. She arrived late. She was unable to set up one account for 4 spaces. Then wanted to charge us $35 per site ($140.) for “administrative fees. We walked out upset with no agreement. She cost her facility approximately $4,500/year in revenue. I promised a bad review and this is it.

My experience at storage Sence was first class Very accommodating and would not Hesitate to use them.
