Storage Sense - Punta Gorda

Great people to deal with and a secure location

Joanne was very patient on the date we final chose and was great to work with. She followed up once a week and kept us informed on the number of units she had left. I feel this is a very secure storage place and I would highly recommend Storage Sense in Punta Gorda, FL.

Joanne treated us like 'she was on our side' of the desk...our side of the phone..patient and considerate even though we called her for 4 months..never was she less than pleasant.

I had the most uncomfortable experience today trying to get my camper towed. Tow company was here. Storage Smart would not release the camper until payment was made. I came down here to pay and had to BEG for them to even take my payment so the poor tow guy didn't waste a drive from Sarasota.
They could not furnish a contract for me and they had the wrong person on the acct.
Their resolution was for me to wait for a Direct Manager to call me back to resolve the issue.
