Clean, secured, and friendly. Let's start with the cleanliness of the facility. I was so surprised. There was next to no debris or garbage on the floors. The facility didn't smell stale or like car fumes. Something I was slightly worried about. The facility has security inside, outside, and all through out. I also definitely appreciate that it is a temperature controlled facility. So you don't have to worry about your belongings being damaged by the elements. Lastly the staff are so nice they make you feel like your business is actually appreciated. Erik was so patient and thorough with making sure I understood everything about renting a storage unit. I walked away feeling like I made the right decision with no second guessing.
