Storage Sense - Redford

From start to finish Noah was very friendly & showed me & told me everything about the unit & pricing help me with a last minute change great customer service..

I was great with my unit. Until I lost my job & everything (my storage unit), which had literally my entire life in it. I have been calling for WEEKS to see when the auction was being held & if I can retrieve my things since I had a uhaul but NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN NO MATTER WHAT TIME I CALL NO ONE IS EVER THERE TO ANSWER MY CALLS. So now my life is in the hands of only God knows who because of the poor service at this location.

Compared to other units thus by far was more expensive and aggressive on fees!! They literally had a fee for EVERYTHING
Late fee reset fee lock fee if I look at it fee if we sell it fee just fees on top of fees that a lot of other units I called did not have

Packed up.and moved my things quickly
