Storage Sense - Romeoville

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM - Have been at this location for over 15 years and since Storage Sense took over we have gotten up to $533 monthly for 2 units. EVERY other month they are increasing the prices and I am not seeing anything improved on the property. I have mold on furniture and the moisture in the units is insane. They put up a fancy gate and that justifies the constant rate increases???? I called and asks where the extra money I am paying is going and could not get a straight answer because it sure isn't going into improving the units. I pay $185 for a smaller unit now and $347 for a large unit. BUT new renters get the lower rates of $100/month and when I asked why the loyal customers get penalized and new customers get the cheaper rates I was told... that's just how it is. SO the only way to lower my rate is to terminate my 2 agreements and re rent. This place is an absolute joke

Gate seems to break down all the time. Always open. There is a big dip in the drive as u pukll threw. Price always goes up every year and nothing is upgraded.

Ricky allowed me to take a look at some storage spots for my trailer so I could decide what space I wanted. After I made my decision we went through the rental process which was fairly simple. He gave me all the info I needed and we completed the paperwork quickly. I was very happy with the experience.
