manager got my account straight and I appreciate her kind heart and being very professional.

I had accidentally made 2 payments using the Storage Sense website because of the web page refreshing. I called and spoke to Trish and she took care of the issue promptly! She was very nice and had my payment refunded immediately. I felt relieved after it was all over! ?
