Rent increases 10-15% every 9 months. Unfortunately they offer no long term contracts or guarantees.

Efforts to reach out to customer service are ignored. Maybe they get too many complaints about their price increases.

Managers are very nice polite and understanding, best costumer service ever

Was unable to reach anyone at the facility. Customer service told me in order to get the unit I had to sign the lease without being able to see the unit. They told me if it wasn't ok they would switch it.

Fantastic! Never rented a storage unit before & was so impressed on how well maintained & safe the facility is.
