Storage Sense - Selinsgrove

Long time customer of this business, but the prices keep increasing without any prior notice. I have received neither snail mail nor email of the price changes. There is some type of bug or rodent eating at the fabrics and faux fur, clothing and a few mounts we had in there. The anamatronics are not salvageable between the faux fur and wires that have been eaten away. The mounts are ruined and clothing now trash as well. I've been told they spray for bugs and there are traps out for rodents, but it's obvious not saved my property in the unit I've been paying for.
Now I've also been informed I will not be getting my security deposit back. I will not be back and I will not recommend anyone to go to this business. I'll advise everyone I can against it.

The prices just keep going up without any notice. I notified that I will be finding a new storage company and they informed me that my bill will still be withdrawn this month even if I find a new unit before the due date. I asked about my security deposit and was informed there was no record of one on file for me. Don't go here. Shady and underhanded.

Everything was easy. Customer service was great. Storage unit was clean.
