Storage Sense - Selinsgrove

Constantly increasing prices without notification. New ownership does not care about their customers belongings. They have been rat infested, bug infested climate controlled units have had damage, but nothing is done to compensate customers. They say they don't have rodents but their property is lined with rat traps every 3 feet. They say they spray for bugs, but our unit has been spider infested, moths have eaten at our property, insects throughout our storage boxes. It's absolutely horrid. We will be searching for new storage options.

We've been here for 5 years, and prices keep going up. Under new ownership and upped the price again without notifying us. Refused any leniency or discussion of the cost stating they sent an email. When we were in to complain about it, there was another customer complaining about the same thing. They also told them they sent an email, but the customer never got one either.
They have lost our business. When we inquired about our deposit, we were informed there was no record of one. Don't go here. Shady, underhanded, sneaking, and price gouging.

Would use again...very clean and secure..nice staff people

Very quick and easy to reserve and rent the space.
