Your front desk staff was amazing. They have an upbeat attitude. They were able to help me complete my rental over the phone including adding a lock to my total and when I arrived they verified my identification and personally took me to my storage. Awesome team !!!!

Beware! I have used this location for years and never failed to pay on time. Recently noticed evidence of mice getting into my unit. Family heirlooms and children's memories items destroyed. Talked to HQ once . They promised action would be taken. No response. Stopped by the office last weekend spoke to the manager on duty. She said the DM would call and address. Several days later, no response! Three plus year customer about to pull out as soon as I have to time to go unload my unit

I was very pleased with the service I received when I rented my unit. The lady that I spoke with was very kind, and helpful. The facility is clean, and seems to be very well run. Many thanks.
