Storage Sense - Sinking Spring - Henry - Self Service

Sinking Spring is called this because of the naturally occurring quicksand found here. Please, please, avoid this location like you or someone else face loss of any kind.

Units are not climate controlled. Insects like spiders and stink bugs were found all over my belongings. Spider webs all over the unit, along with torn insulation in the ceiling. The lot is an absolute mess, broken asphalt made driving through the lot extremely difficult. Lastly, the price is entirely too high and went up twice in less than a year. They claim it's due to the nation's ever increasing inflation, but as far as I can see none of the extra money has gone to bettering their property or their units. I'm not sure of other locations, but I do not recommend renting at the Sinking Spring, PA location at 702 Henry Circle

I like the fact that the management and staff is available to speak with you.

This location needs the roadway fixed, a security system, and a reliable security gate. My unit was broken into and it was hard to get in contact with the location manager, to help initially, and when I did they didn't necessarily care either and told me to wait until the next day while my unit door was broken with all my items in it. I would recommend going elsewhere because the places or either the same price or cheaper with a security system.

I will say that Eric was very accommodating and helpful during the move-out process.

Needed a unit last minute, Daniel and Mackenzie were some of the most professional and thorough people I’ve met when it came to this line of work. 10/10 if you’re in the market to store your stuff highly recommend
