Pros
- it’s a storage space that is generally clean and available
- staff was nice and sign up and termination was easy

Cons
- gate has been broken for months and I was told it would be repaired soon but has not been completed
- the lot is gravel with deep pits from washout which makes driving through a challenge
- insurance fee was added throughout the time and wasn’t made clear. I would not have chosen insurance had I known
- price increased by $18/month excluding taxes despite no evidence of maintenance or upkeep
