Always professional, and the process is very simple

The gentleman at Sinking Spring location was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and at home. I was a little stressed and he welcomed me and assured me that he had what I needed and allowed me to choose tween three different sizes by looking at them first. Very happy with my unit and how I was treated.

Short term vehicle storage was a perfect option so my car wasn't getting weathered while I waited for my appointment. Process was simple to start and end the contract. No haggle

The lady working was super nice. She was polite, professional, and fast. Storage was clean and well kept. My only reccomendation would be to change the locks on the unit because they took more than a couple min just to slide the lock. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.
