Storage Sense - St. Clair

Extremely clean facility and the customer service is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this service.

Definitely would never recommend this place!

1.Increased price per month 2 times per year, because of supposed expenses. Is not worth paying so much for a storage unit.
2. 100% Scammers.
3. My storage unit and all my stuff were infested with stink bugs. Disgusting!
4. Staff or manager didn't apologize for the inconvenience and she disregarded the situation.
5. I had to throw away lots of belongings.
6. You pay insurance for the storage unit and when things happen they would not pay you. They would look for a million of excuses.

Never again! ❌

It was a good experience setting up a account online.

Website was not working to rent a space, but info was easily taken over the phone.
Update—Very clean and secure. Rented a unit for 3 years. No leaks, no pests no damage.
Friendly staff.
However, the price increased by 50% over that time period.
Just no longer made financial sense to maintain.
