The employees are nice. When I first started storing, I liked the auto debit for payment and that I didn't have to worry about anything. Now with the new owners - it has been one hassle after another. Had to redo auto debit, they demand you have insurance - which wasn't not previously required. Even though it is gated and has cameras - they don't want to be responsible but they are still charging same price.
