Storage Sense - Upland - Self Service

My experience with storage sense wasn’t the best, purchasing a unit was smooth and easy. But, when it came to getting a refund I went through a few hoops which were frustrating. Although I will say overall Alfonzo was the best person that I’ve spoke to and dealt with. He’s made the experience the easiest, he made sure I got my refund, he put in the actual effort to get me connected to the District Manager unlike the 2 or 3 other people I spoke with giving me the run around. Again, Alfonzo is an amazing, very helpful, caring person. He wants to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the service they received from him, which is outstanding! He’s great!!!!

Customer service was always helpful. Facility was always kept clean.
