The two nice gentle that where in the from office Where very polite , nice and respectful and sweet made sure I had the correct size unite I needed gave me a free month and discount very good storage company.

I just moved in and I’m happy with my experience so far. The gentleman who helped me with the lease was very nice and my unit was easy to find and well kept.

The site manager needs help but great prices

I visited Storage Sense last week and rented a unit for the charity I support. I marked 5 stars and thought I wrote something then, but I must have posted incorrectly. I was so impressed with the service I received last week that I am taking the time to write this again this week. I have also been back since my initial review and feel even more strongly today about the nice lady at the front desk and the overall level of service and attention to detail than on my first visit. Note: She told me her name and remembers mine. I'm just not too great w/ names. There was a gentleman there too. I've never written a review on a 'storage unit' before. However, People are a reflection of the values of the company, and I really like these people and this company! Well done.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. They offered cardboard for my unit when I had a spill. Facilities were working for the most part. The only time it wasn't was when that area had a bad lightning storm. Out did strike close because I was out in it selling my boat. Staff was aware and adjusted the monthly payment immediately. I would suggest buying the lock for your unit there,I went down to Sturgis Lumber and it was double the price. Good experience.
