Storage Sense - W. Waverly - Self Service

The storage sense employees were amazing. The move in special was a blessing. The facility is well lit, clean, and easy to navigate. Thank you for making my transition stress free!

Great communication with getting the storage area. But I have noticed since having there is an outside light right above my unit that doesn’t work.

I have had the best experience ever. Storage Sense has always been excellent at answering questions or concerns about my unit. I had no mice or insects either. I've been very happy with my experience.
The only reason I moved out was I have a new home for my belongings.

I've been at this location since July 2017 and before Storage Sense took over I paid $100 a month for rent now it's $190. The gate hasn't worked in over four months and every time I've called they say they're waiting on parts. And don't be late with a payment (their fault) their payment system failed to accept my payment, they charge $38 late fees, a little excessive.
