Storage Sense - Waterford - Self Service

Everything was really easy and fast to take care of. They let us try the parking space out before we purchased it which was so nice! Very nice people.

The property over the past 5-7 months has continued to improve and the service is so much better..The manager (forgot his name) continues to stay focused on the property even when he seems to be short staffed. Some places let things go, not him. I ran into him several times on the property, he always takes time to ask about my family, and any issue I have had gets addressed. They raise rates often but I’m seeing improvement so that goes hand in hand. I have sent several family members here because of the manager who takes care of us all. Thank you Storage Sense for hiring him! Without him making a difference my family agrees we would all pull our 9 units! It’s the people that make the difference. A happy customer…

After leaving another storage lot because the employee was extremely uncaring and rude, I checked out the Storage Sense in Waterford.

The attendant was knowledgeable and pleasant. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed (mainly after hours access).

I highly recommend Storage Sense, I'll never use another!

Great property. Well kept. Can definitely tell it's under new management. I will recommend.
