Storage Sense - Waterford - Self Service

Great was as expected and

Dirty, wet, poor service. I've had a unit here for decades. Since storage sense took over, it has become a nightmare. Go somewhere else!

Good but no longer needed

Like that you can rent a unit online anytime albeit the payment didn't work. Had to call, but was taken care of right away, which is a good thing for me.

Gate was already open, for 2 days. Once it was closed, the code would not work, but again it was taken care of right away, so no big deal. Great customer service on the phone.

Only issue we had was that when we got there at 9pm with a moving truck full the code didn't work to get into it. And it happened to be the coldest day of the year. And we had to call customer service and fill everything out again for a new unit.
