Review:
Raised rates three times in a short window since Storage Sense Corporate took over. No real flex on situations that arise creating more fees. Does not make me feel like I’m a person but rather a number unlike prior ownership
Facility is nice however

Review:
Needed a place to store my classic car while my garage was being built. The 10x20 unit was perfect for my car and other garage items.

I was very pleased with the service. I would have given 5 stars but I ended my storage unit in August but then got charged for September and had to be refunded.

The location I need is undergoing change due to new owners and Stacy has been amazing to work with as she deals with getting new hires, training and handling customers!

Do not recommend Storage Sense in Dunn's Corner. The prices went up twice last year. My unit was infested with mice. Communication was poor.
