For as long as I can remember, I've had storage and Storage Sense is one of my best experiences - easy and stress-free. The Store Manager with whom I've worked is truly customer-focused, always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction ... and genuinely happy to help.

Jessica went above-and-beyond to help me substitute a new unit last-minute after I purchased the wrong size online. Thank you so much!

Worth the money

Jessica (the manager in Clinton MA) is very friendly and helpful, with an excellent sense of humor. She even called around to other places to see if there was a good garage for storing out car (as she have no suitable vacancies for a car).

We had used this facility before and found it clean and well maintained. This visit showed that those standards had been maintained. If you need a place to keep stuff, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility. And, yes we did (again) rent storage there for household goods this visit. We would also have kept our car there if there had been space for it.
