These folks have assessed 2 massive rate hikes within a year's time. I complained about the 1st one this past spring. Now it's December and they're at it again. I've found a more reliable company for storage.

Place gave us a storage unit on a Sunday and went to open it there was someone else’s stuff in there. Well needless to say I couldn’t get another unit until tomorrow morning and then we had to call them and Verizon was down and couldn’t get a hold of them until noon. So we had to go down the street to public storage and get a unit. Should have took the stuff out of the storage unit and thrown it out and then put my stuff in there! Now let’s see if they will refund me my money back!
