Storage Squad - Headquarters

Before you book their service, they are communicative and consistent. After you order the service, everything changes. They automatically changed my scheduled pickup date to be much later than I planned without notifying me at all, resulting in their staffs wouldn't be able to come to my apartment to pick up my belongings because I live off-campus and have traveled to a different place on that pickup date. They are not reliable and inconsistent and are not responding to calls or emails. Not sure why my university chose to collaborate with them.

Careful when ordering from theses guys. Found out their CEO not only supports but publicly endorses criminally underpaying people from the Philippines as a means of keeping costs down. This is the literal definition of creating sweatshops. I guess we understand why his Twitter handle is 'Sweatystartup.'

The Storage Squad team is very helpful, reliable, and informative. I would highly recommend Storage Squad to anyone searching for a storage solution in their area.

(For Ann Arbor, MI) Storage Squad was so easy and convenient to work with! I used them to store for study abroad and summer. As I was trying to figure everything out the customer service was super helpful and easy to work with. They were good at answering my questions via phone or email. When I picked up the boxes they were ahead of schedule and let me know over the phone and the boxes were super sturdy. At pick up time, they helped carry the boxes from the door to the van and it was very simple and easy. I strongly recommend for people who are out-of-state.
