Storage Squad

Still trying to get items back that were in storage during Summer 2023 and it’s now November. Went to their address this past weekend (in Ithaca) and it’s an apartment listed for their address of which they don’t occupy. Spoke with the tenant and confirmed her address is listed for this business yet clearly not. Will keep calling to try and get out storage items returned as we paid in full for the services. Will NOT be using again.

This company deserves zero stars. Please do not use them for storage. This has been a horrible experience. They do not answer their phone or email.

If possible, I would have rated this zero stars. Back in spring, they canceled the room service on the morning of with little to no prior notice and no opportunities to get help, which forced me to carry several large boxes up the stairs. I heard from other people the used this service that their boxes were never picked up at all.
As of now, my pickup window was originally set for 10:30 am - 1:30 pm at the latest. It is currently 3:40 pm, and the driver still has yet to show. I would not be suprised to get my boxes back damaged at this point. The driver has casually said that he chose to put me at the bottom of the priority ladder for his own convenience when I called, despite already having been an hour late at that point.
