Storage Squad

This college storage company provided valuable customer service for our family. We had a child who didn't return to school as planned, and they worked with us to retrieve his stuff he'd stored with them. When a problem arose due to boxes not being properly labeled, they were able to use their pick up photos to locate his boxes. Great phone service, great service overall!

This was one of the worst moving experiences of my life. It was ridiculously expensive. They simply never showed up to give me boxes/labels, they were hours late to pick up my stuff, and when I moved back in they LOST my stuff for about 3 days. 0/100. Please do not use. I also contacted so many people throughout this process and the answers were so vague or just simply not given. Never again.

I put my items in storage during the summer months, when I returned to school they told me that they never received my TV that I helped them load onto the truck. They declared the tv lost and offered little to no help.

Horribly unprofessional company, please stay away for anyone reading!

I got billed a cancellation fee because I wanted to cancel a scheduled appointment but could not. No one picked up the phone during their business hours and the links included in their emails were all broken so you couldn't even do it yourself.

Rented a unit but I opened it just to find it full of tomatoes?? I asked the owner of the business about this and he just said that I don't understand scale??? Not sure what that is about but I just ended up storing my belongings in a sweatshop-esqe storage facility in the Philippines for pennies on the dollar and donated the difference for a tax write off!
