Pro: The facility is clean and secure. Access is easy. On-site manager is collegial and helpful.
Con: This is comparison to the previous owner of the site. Rates have increased, but no explanation given. More storage units have been built. Are longer-term tenants paying for these? It used to be that when you vacated a storage unit you were charged only as long as it was occupied. Now you pay for the entire month, even if you vacate during the first week. Proof of insurance is required, or Storage Star provides it but at a usurious rate.

Nice, clean storage units. Great guys in the office. Easy to use online system. Little pricey but, overall, nice storage units.
