Storage Valet

Horrible service. Their storage containers are full of wood mites when it rains your stuff will be sure to be damaged. I refuse to pay for something that damaged all my property they came and took the storage containers from the place that I was renting, but I was able to take video of all my damage property And the wood rotting away neighbors were concerned that the containers were going to tip over. There was literally pieces of wood missing, holding them up. They want me to pay for something that damaged all my property the owners of the house are not responsible for this I am and I have moved out and if any legal actions going to be taken, have everything to show proof of water leaking when it was raining and most of all the wood rotting away

I used Storage Valet for additional storage in my driveway while I remodeled. Katie beat every price from Rat Pack, GoMini's and Pods, and Brian did a great job placing the unit exactly where I wanted it. The unit was so clean that it looked brand new!

Storage Valet was super helpful all 3 years that I had their container. We had a flood and they delivered it quickly and were always very helpful! Brian was pleasant to work with and the office personnel were always sweet. Great customer service!

We were doing a room addition in our home and decided moving our furniture into a storage pod made the most sense. I’ve seen random commercials in the past so I looked up those companies and received some estimates. I decided to do a bit more searching and came across Storage Valet. I checked out their site and reached out for a quote. Katie was super responsive and helpful. Pricing was fair and there were no hidden fees. Katie put up with a month of my questions and going back and forth trying to determine drop off dates and they were super accommodating and able to deliver a POD the following day with our last minute start. Even with scheduling the POD pick up they were super accommodating and dealt with my multiple date changes. I 100% recommend using Storage Valet and will definitely use them again in the future.
