Storage Ward - Tuckahoe

Every time I store here it’s very easy and professional!

Wonderful! Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Very nice staff on phone/in person, easy to book, very reasonable prices, safe and clean storage.

They are horrible, the women in the Tuckahoe/woodbine facility is rude, she leaves on personal errands . We sat across the street and watched her leave 40 minutes later she came back with her lunch. Most people would have stayed working and called and had it delivered. She also went in my unit . I asked and she denied it. I took pictures. She made a path to get to the back. All she had to do was tell me. My tools were moved and I believe some where removed. I asked if someone could have broken in and she played dumb

Started at a reasonable price, but the monthly fee skyrocketed out of nowhere! It’s now over 200% more than I signed up for, and the management doesn’t care. Moving out is a huge inconvenience, but I refuse to pay their unfair rates.
