Where do I begin, terrible storage unit. Customer service is terrible, you have to talk to someone overseas that barely speaks English.
We had water come into the unit and soak some items. They refused to do anything.
$10 'convenience' fee every month plus worthless required insurance coverage.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Plenty of other places to rent
