Total ripoff. Under new ownership. Beware. I had my boat trailer stored there over a year, and after new ownership they raised my rate the next month, then they raised it again the following month, then on top of that charged me for insurance. So I called April 5th to move out and part of the move out procedure is to take a picture of your unit. Well my unit was a patch of dirt. I sent the picture of my dirt spot on May 3rd and they said I still owe for the whole month of May because I didnt get my picture back to them by the 1st. I am a little busy to worry about a picture of dirt to close my account. Not flexible at all.. Dont bother moving your stuff here if you dont want to deal with rate increases all the time.
