Ms. Menchie assisted me during the rental process. She showed me the available storage units and answered my questions in a pleasant and professional manner. The facility is very clean inside and out. The storage units are clean and dry, nice climate control, good security features, surveillance cameras, gated access and strong locks. The elevator always worked. I felt very comfortable having my furniture there. They have convenient facility hours. Overall, Ms. Menchie displayed excellent customer service, was always pleasant, answered my questions and extremely knowledgeable. She definitely deserves some type of recognition (a raise would ne nice) for how she represents the company. Mr. Atuan was there the day I vacated my storage units. He was pleasant, checked the units upon completion and ended our rental agreement. Excellent customer service from Ms. Menchie and Mr. Atuan. I will definitely recommend your facility to family and friends.
