Avoid this place! Update to a previous review. I signed up for a $20/month price. At the time, there was no disclaimer that this was an introductory deal that would expire in 3 months. After 3 months my price increased to $40 with no warning. Multiple emails to the location went unanswered. I posted a negative review here and the corporate account replied asking me to email them. I did that multiple times and of course they never replied to any of those emails. After calling the local office, I was told that corporate never replies to customers emails, and just replies offering to resolve issues to make it look like they actually care. EDIT. It gets worse. They will not give you a prorated refund when you move out. If you set up autopay, you’ll pay the full month, even if your move out date is at the beginning of the month. Really scummy company, I’d pay more elsewhere just to not give them my business in the future.
