Terrible service and classic bait and switch pricing.

If there was actually someone in the office (half the time I tired to go in during their business hours the door was locked) they had no clue how to do their job. After turning in my insurance they continued to try and charge me for their coverage until I physically went in and showed them on the documents where it said the policy dates. Big surprise it was at the very top.

In the less than a year I had the unit they gave me 2 rate increase. The first time I told them I was going to move out and they agreed to honor the price they quoted me, the second time after doubling my rate I just left. I don’t have time to constantly worry if they are going to price gouge me or charge me for extras.

Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Great customer service. Always super nice. Just rented my second unit.
