The storage-mart off Marilyn road is kept clean and is a really nice place. The units are great sizes at great prices. Alec is super helpful, respectful and is easy to work with.

Alex is doing an amazing job. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is looking a lot better now that he is the manager.

Great customer service. Would recommend for all your storage needs.

Autumn was a fresh of breath air this morning for this senior! I have been on the road a couple of days moving my things from Texas to Indy just me and my daughter, because I cannot live on my own anymore and I have went through so many stumbling blocks with these storage places I just cried. So my daughter found Storage Mart who had deals going on that I can afford and they are only 4 mins from my daughter’s house which is a plus! Autumn was kind, professional, caring, you could feel her smile through the phone and all! She held on the phone so me and my daughter could be on three way to get all information hidden fees that might pop up when we go to storage etc. and she even got us 4 units away from the loading dock which is a blessing for someone who uses a cane and a walker. Autumn needs a raise because she was wayyy better and nicer than the young lady I talked to last night from here. I was not going to come but my daughter who is name Precious said “Mommy let me call!” And Autumn superseded my expectations! God bless you and your family for helping me out during this trying time in my life and being kind!

I'm not sure who is running the store there, but it's been so much cleaner over the last two weeks and they're actually fixing things. It's about time! ?
