I have become very frustrated with the facility. I called customer service and the customer service rep made me feel heard. He quickly worked to look for solutions to the issues and pushed to escalate to the regional manager to remediate the issues. I appreciate his help. I would like to stress the issues with the facility remain. The positive marks are for the customer service rep alone.

Checked in to my unit today. Patrick was very nice and so helpful. Answered all my questions and made the check in process nice and easy!

Not staffed, no one there to sign for packages or maintain the sight. When I signed my contract I was ensured someone would staff the location to sign for packages. FedEx calls me every week now letting me know that its not staffed and my packages are returned.
