Horrible communication! Did not know how to move in or if I even reserved a unit because there were no emails, just took my money. Didn’t even know I had a unit for a whole month. Getting a refund is proving to be a nightmare and actually talking to someone is proving to be a nightmare as well. Do not recommend!
