Deplorable, unethical customer service. They game you whenever they can. I normally set up an automated payment with my bank to send a check with sufficient time to cover the payment. But how can you when the contact notes:

'Remember, merely having made the payment by sending it in the
U.S. Mail or by any other means does not constitute having made a payment; rather, the payment must be in the hands of the
OPERATOR by the due date.'

I've never seen such a thing in a contract. And the website only allows you to pay one UNITEMIZED amount on line with extra charges that they impose after gaming you. They send bills for a few months to get you accustomed to paying the bill, but when they stop they can note in the lease that 'An invoice or bill will not be sent to you.'

You effectively can only pay on line for an amount that has extra charges that are not itemized. I would never set up automated payments on their website, with such an intentionally misleading operation.

I would give this .00001 stars if possible.

How is this type of price gouging even legal? It should be criminal the amount they increase your rent to. Nothing else to say but what a garbage company. Going to close my account. The rent went from $179 to $339 in only 1.5 years. All of this while offering monthly rates for $150-$170 for the same size unit. So they know people won’t want to move their stuff every 4 months and they take advantage of you for that. It is the definition of bait and switch. What a horrible way to do business.
