StorageMart

Only issue I had was finding my unit. It was in a hallway that was not marked on the outside of the building. Other than that, everything was great! Unit was clean a the lock provided was secure! Would higly recommend. Just add signage to the outside of the building next to the hallway door for the inside units.

Chad was an amazing customer service representative. He was nothing short of patient and kind when I was having some overall problems with StorageMart customer service, in general.
I give Chad a 5-star review, hands down, however I would give StorageMart 3-stars so far, which is why my overall review is 4-stars.

Chad did not properly apply promotions and I’m now locked out of my unit. This experience has been a HUGE NIGHTMARE. Cancelling this scam of a service.
