I must say I have rented plenty of storage units over the years and by far this storage mart in council bluffs Iowa has been the best for customer service and needing stuff done or questions answered the manager is very personable and great to deal with !!!!!

I have been using this facility for several months and i cant say enough about the customer service! Jenny has always been nothing but courteous and so helpful! I had an issue with a delivery to my unit and she went out of her way to help me out!! I highly recommend this location!
