Exceeded expectations. Professionally handled, from start to finish. Glad I chose Storage Mart over the others available.

Called at 11:55 am 8/18 and informed them that I was moving out of my unit. They charged me $119.12 on 9/1 for a unit that I told them I no longer needed. They refunded me $84.73. So they’re trying to charge me $34.39 for their mistake? I don’t want to hear about the “insurance” either. If they wouldn’t have charged me, the insurance would not have came out either. I never did get the “free” month either. Shady business practices. I would not recommend and will not be using again. I’ll also be reporting this to Better Business Bureau. I’m so tired of companies stealing from their clients. - UPDATE. I’ve sent a couple emails. I still have not been refunded or even responded to.

Friendly and fasr service

Super easy and convenient and super clean good location manager is very nice and showed us our unit let us know that that location store will be open soon very happy to here and love that their is a gate.

It is a very clean and well taken care of storage lot. Rachel is really nice and answered all of our questions. Went out and helped us with our gate code and took us in and showed us our unit. With the lock already in it saved us so much time and money.
