Bryce gave a great tour of the facility!

I’ve been at Storage Mart since 2013, when it was originally called Germantown Storage. The two managers Sharon & Bryce that work at the Germantown, Wisconsin location are the best ever! 5 stars! They are very friendly & really help a person with anything that a person needs. These two to be honest deserve a raise & promotion!

My fiance and I rented a unit online eariler in the week, and showed up Saturday morning ready to use it. She was sent two different codes, and after trying both at the front glass door we couldn't get in.

Bryce showed up, before office hours, right as we were about to leave and come back. He asked what was going on and we told him we have a unit, but it's our first time and can't get in. He kindly explained that they set up a code box by the garage door for access. He walked over there with us, we put in the code, and it opened!

Bryce then proceeded to show us how to use the freight elevator, where the stairs are. AND where our unit was.

We were so happy Bryce was there to help us out, even before the time he was supposed to be there. Any employee who goes the extra mile like that deserves a raise or promotion. We are so glad we chose StorageMart and this specific location. We hope to see Bryce around again when we visit!

Needed a place to put stuff as my mother moves out of her house of 45 years. I checked out a few local storage places in the Germantown area. StorageMart got my business for a number of reasons: 1) Their location in a safe community, off city bus lines. 2) Easy access to big, clean and secure climate-controlled lockers. 3) Drive in loading and unloading areas. 4) Elevator access to second floor lockers. 5) Heavy duty carts right next to drive in unloading/loading area. 6) Restroom in the building. 7) Access hours 6:00AM to 10:00PM are exactly what I need.

OMG Sharon is the best person I saw in a storage office. She is fabulous and very kind. She always has a smile. Excellent customer service.
