I am changing my review! This place has been upping the price of our unit 3x a year all the people up front are mean and rude everytime we go to pay. They do not take cash even tho this is America and that is our legal tender we will b taking removing all our items after we pay and will never return and our family members will be taking their buisness elsewhere and anyone I know I will make sure to let them know what a horrible place this is.

I'm editing my review, due to issues with continuous price increases. When I first started renting my unit, it was about $70 with the specials they have for new renters. It seems every couple of months it continues to rise in price. I'm now paying over $200 for a unit and I see on their website that similar units are $71-$99. It's ridiculous that they're charging so much more for people who have had a unit with them for a while. You would think long term renters would be more valued...

Renting a storage unit was quick and easy! Annie at the Brookfield location, was incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. The facility is clean and has plenty of carts at each dock, which made the moving process so much quicker. With moving over a holiday weekend and everything being closed, Annie worked with us to ensure we had a moving truck, which was greatly appreciated!!
