I have had storage units at many places, and this one by far is the best. It's convenient, clean and the people that work here are fantastic. I had a gentleman helping me his name is Isaiah, he is so nice, polite and very helpful. The entire Rental process didn't take more than 10 minutes. I am actually so happy with this place that I've already rented a second unit. If you need storage you need to come here. You won't be disappointed.

Place is kept very clean and no issues ever coming to this place! Isaiah was very respectful and informative helping me with storage options!

I visited the facility to pay the outstanding balance last month. However, there was an outstanding amount that needed payment. I presented my debit card, and their system wouldn't process. I offered a different debit card, and it was the same result. Now, I received an email stating that I am at the risk of my unit being auctioned off.

I wish to state this has nothing to do with the staff at the facility, as they have been very accommodative and took the time to explain the issue. My fundamental issue is the extant system used that sends out these threatening emails that make the customer irate and the staff having to provide explanations. Hopefully, the management is able to align the system from sending hostile emails, and at a minimum, be as friendly and accommodative as the extant staff.
