Website simple, clear, and made understanding my needs easy. Online application and registration quick. But going to pick up the keys and lock required a wait of over 45 minutes for the onsite manager to come back for an errand. Four other customers came and left without being served. Otherwise everything was 5 Star quality. The storage unit was very clean, solid and secure.
