The price is right. For the same amount of space some companies currently charge $250+. Access is convenient, facility is clean, but there are no street or parking lot lights so be careful there after dark.

I rented a storage unit at the StorageMart located in Hopkins, MN just a block away from HWY 169. The staff was always professional and helpful, the location worked perfect for me.

My only recommendation would be regarding the cost of the rental, as is on the higher end, but it may be driven by the average cost of similar units within the area. I now live on a different state and found a similar option for half of what I was paying in MN.

We've rented a storage unit from this StorageMart for almost a year. We recently upgraded to a larger unit. The staff here is fantastic answering every question promptly and doing whatever they can to make the storage process go smoothly.

Great experience working with Kaylin, she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Continued to be very prompt and clear when updating forms and answering my calls / voicemails regarding unit options, access to the building, moving expectations, and transferring to different units in the future.
