On 2/26/25 I closed my storage unit at the Franklin Park STORAGE MART. I used the storage area for 4 years. It was excellent in providing a safe and beautifully climate controlled rental space. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my experience with this company.
I was especially happy with the friendly and professional care I experienced with STORAGE MART EMPLOYEE NAMED GINGER .. who was exceedingly friendly and helpful in the closing of my account. The reason I am closing my account is that I no longer require storage space..

The assistant manager Ginger was very helpful. She answered all my questions and the unit was clean and everything was easier than I thought with the help of that lovely lady.
