My wife and I are new customers here and the website says 'from time to time there may be minimal adjustments.' Well, after a few months renting here, the rate went from $115/month to $239!!!! Bait and switch. Moving back to Public Storage!

Clean and secure

Pros: Safe. Units themselves are clean and dust-free. Dollys are available. Can drive the truck into the enclosed dock for easy loading/offloading.

Cons: No dumpsters. Guaranteed,expensive rate increases. Provides either no notice OR a short 2-week notice for rate increases. I've been renting for two years. Unfortunately, my rate for a 5x10 unit is $123. Compared to the online listed price of $43 for the same size unit, that's insane.

Great place to rent a storage unit! It was fast and efficient, customer service in the office is prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars and above!!!
