Review:

StorageMart was very affordable, the site felt safe and secure and access was limited in a good way. The intake process was very easy and the termination was very well done.

I reduced my review to 4 stars for two reasons:

1. StorageMart requires that you maintain insurance on your unit. This is not well documented, and your first bill will include a SM charge to provide insurance. This corporate practice should either stop or be more transparent. It felt very smarmy to me personally. ProTip - Your homeowners insurance covers storage of personal goods. I got a letter from my existing homeowners insurance carrier fast and it solved my issue.

2. Local Manager was in transition, so getting assistance or paying in person was a challenge. As long as you pay remotely, this should not be an issue. Once the transition ended, all was well. I believe this was just a moment in time issue and not an on-going issue.

Again, a good experience and I recommend using the Company. Be aware of the insurance requirement and my personal challenges there.
