4.5 is the rating I give to Storagemart.
At first, it was difficult getting ahold of anyone but once I did, service was efficient and kind.
Upon my third month, I received a notice that my payment was late, and that I was being charged their insurance fee, even though I had provided them a copy of my own in surance. Gentleman, I believe name is Joe, told me he did not have a copy, I assurd him I did and that I did not get charged for it the first two months. He eventually found my paperwork, applied it, got me set up on autopay and we both are happy now! Thanks Joe, for your patience with me, being persisant and clarifying the pricedures with me.

Great service! I lost my keys and they were amazing at getting me back into my space without a wait and the service is friendly and professional.

Mary was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole process very clear and easy. ?

Bait and switch pricing. Just got a notice after being there for 3-4 months that I've been 'enjoying' anniversary sale prices. Wait, what?! That was definately not clear to me when I signed up and moved all my crap in. Such BS.

Sam was so helpful when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit day of move in!
